Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your email box accounts and email newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the email box account you would like to redirect email messages from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
